Venture Hunt is a competitive investment strategy event where teams test their business knowledge, decision-making, and strategic thinking through quizzes, investment simulations, and final evaluation rounds, culminating in one ultimate winner.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

02All team members must be present at the venue when the event begins.
03Fair participation is strictly expected; cheating or unauthorized assistance is prohibited.

RULES AND GUIDELINES

Things To Bring

College ID Card / Government-issued ID Card: Carry both the original and a photocopy for identity verification and hassle-free entry
Mobile Phones and Laptops: Ensure all devices are fully charged and carry their respective chargers
Power Bank and Extension Board: Carry these if required to ensure uninterrupted participation throughout the event.

Team Guidelines

Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 registered members
All team members must be present at the venue when the event begins
Any changes in team composition must be communicated to the organizing committee in advance
Teams should coordinate among themselves and follow the instructions provided during the event.

General Rules & Regulations

Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow the event schedule
Maintain a respectful and cooperative environment with fellow participants, judges, and organizers
Fair participation is expected from all teams; any form of cheating or unauthorized assistance is not permitted
Participants should avoid actions that disrupt the event or affect the experience of other teams

Disqualification

Cheating or deliberate attempts to manipulate results
Serious misconduct or repeated disruption of the event
Refusal to follow essential instructions from the organizing committee.
